Suburban Transportation offers Point-to-Point service and As-Directed (Hourly) service, which puts a vehicle and driver at your disposal for a set period of time. Please email info@suburban-transportation.com for a customized rate quote for these services.
Trip cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time. If you fail to cancel the trip 24 hours in advance or if you are not there when the vehicle arrives, your trip is counted as a “No Show.”
The No-Show policy states that three (3) no-shows in a 3-month period can result in suspension of your services.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
